1. Service Agreements
Specific deliverables, timelines, and performance expectations for communication services (VoIP, network support, and unified communications) will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW). These terms apply generally to all engagements.
2. Client Obligations
To ensure successful service delivery, you agree to provide timely access to necessary assets, including site contacts, network details, and account credentials. Delays in providing these assets may impact project timelines.
3. Payment Terms
Invoices for recurring communication services are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in your contract. Peak Communications, LLC reserves the right to pause managed services for overdue accounts.
4. Intellectual Property
Any client-facing documentation or reports generated by Peak Communications, LLC specifically for your business become your property upon full payment. Peak Communications, LLC retains the rights to its proprietary tools, methodologies, and pre-existing code.
5. Third-Party Platforms
We utilize third-party platforms and carriers to deliver services. You acknowledge that your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms and conditions. Peak Communications, LLC is not liable for interruptions caused by provider policy violations or outages outside our control.
